The everyday life of astronauts in a space station is no different from ours on earth. Sleeping, eating, working, doing sports and personal hygiene are all still part of the daily routine. However, due to zero gravity, these things are associated with some challenges and difficulties and take up more time and require more effort for the astronauts. Being an astronaut is probably the coolest job in the world, but it’s also pretty tough. Would you want to be an astronaut, if you had the opportunity to be one?
